FIRST TRIAL
First Show
The show starts with not a bang, but smoke, and the exit of Diluc and Fujino stage left. Once everyone's had some time to poke around the circus and examine what happened last night, Joker calls everyone to the Main Tent. (Those who would try to ignore the summons will find themselves magically rerouted no matter how hard they try.)
Inside the stands look much like they did over the week, although spotlights are trained on some of the profiles in particular. Twelve of them, actually.
In the middle on the raised platform, Joker stands with Gina, grinning ear to ear.
[[Welcome to your first trial! You will have 8 hours (8PM EST) to find out whodunnit. You may vote for any of the suspects at anytime prior to the end of trial, and you are free to change your vote as many times as you like.
About halfway through the trial, there will be the opportunity for room searches for four(4) of the suspects. ]]
EVIDENCE TOPLEVEL

DOUBLE A TENT
[ so kinda strange considering multiple swords! but someone else can brain that one. ]
There were also one set of very light, erratic footprints in the dirt that led away from the entrance of the Double A Tent toward the medical and private tents. I did not notice any prints inside the tent, however. They seemed to have been made by a pair of small-sized shoes. I did compare them to my own feet and the depressions were very faint, with the prints being smaller than my own. [ he lifts a foot and wiggles his toes. ] They killer must have had quite the time! At points, the prints were very closely spaced together and even pigeon-toed, the killer's route meandering, as though they were barely able to keep a straight line.
Ah, and here is Fujino Asagami's walking stick. [ yes, he did bring it! and one of the swords from the person-sized sword box; he had to force it out a bit, but it's here. feel free to re-examine both. ] There doesn't seem to be anything strange about it, but it was on the ground near the sword box.

There was a stool at the scene as well, so I assume whoever cut the chain used the stool to reach up there.

It looks, for all intents and purposes, like a narwhale horn. It might even be a narwhale horn though we can't be sure of that. And from the tip towards around half of it it is covered in blood. ]
This was inside the fire. It seems to me that it was the murder weapon responsible for at least one of our bodies.

Well, as far as we were able to unearth, the only crime that man is guilty of is that of having no taste or sense of housekeeping. I did take care of the former, though.

REDHEAD CASE CATHERD
So maybe we should turn our attention back to Diluc-san's case.
Last night somebody got into a fight with Diluc-san. It stands to reason that he used his fire magic in this confrontation, setting the training tent on fire. That would have been the scene of most of the confrontation. In this, the culprit's hair may have wound up being burned.
One way or another Diluc-san then wound up in the sky top where he was stabbed from above - this may have occurred while bouncing?
The murder weapon was a narwhal tusk that was taken from a narwhal summoned and then subsequently killed. The weapon used to do this is still missing. At the end of it all, the person discarded of the tusk within the campfire. Curiously, one of the chains holding the clock was cut, and a stool may have been used to reach that. I have no idea what purpose that may have served, but since it occurred right next to the final location of the murder weapon, it is worth consideration.
We are looking for somebody with enough combat ability to hold their own against Diluc during the Training Tent confrontation.
