The Cirque de l'Ardeur is always so pleasant. The sky is always bright, the clouds are always fluffy, and there's always a slight breeze that feels invigorating to anybody waking up.

This time there's an important difference -- one that will underscore something is abnormal today. The breeze carries the scent of something burning. It's a strange, strong, and unpleasant scent, and it feels foreboding due to how out of place it is in the otherwise crisp morning. It won't take long to see the smell of burning items isn't the only anomaly today, as there's visible proof in certain areas that something is afoot.

Looking around it doesn't seem either of your hosts is nearby. Going to the ringmaster's tent to ask what's happening will find it once again has that pesky magic that bounces you away if you try to enter. It seems that, if you want answers, you'll have to find them on your own.

Come one, come all! It's time to begin the first performance of your stay in the Cirque de l'Ardeur!

[ The clown car has a full tank! But if she's checked this car at another time, it always seems to be fully gassed up, ready to go into the sunset. ]

Does it look like there's anything else generally in the car that doesn't belong?]

[ Nope, the rest of the clown car looks about as average as you would expect a clown car to look. ]

[Very well! She will crawl out of this car and try to. Get around to the back.

Is there a trunk to this ridiculous clown car?]

[wringmaster]

[ There is no trunk! That was taken out and removed for the purposes of fitting more clowns :).

While she's out crawling around, it was mentioned in the body discovery she'll notice the tracks the clown car made on it's way in. If she follows them they'll lead to the Double A tent. ]

[Okay then.

She'll go see if there's anything along the tracks as she makes her way over to the Double A tent, like anything dropped or any inconsistencies with the tracks.]
