The Cirque de l'Ardeur is always so pleasant. The sky is always bright, the clouds are always fluffy, and there's always a slight breeze that feels invigorating to anybody waking up.

This time there's an important difference -- one that will underscore something is abnormal today. The breeze carries the scent of something burning. It's a strange, strong, and unpleasant scent, and it feels foreboding due to how out of place it is in the otherwise crisp morning. It won't take long to see the smell of burning items isn't the only anomaly today, as there's visible proof in certain areas that something is afoot.

Looking around it doesn't seem either of your hosts is nearby. Going to the ringmaster's tent to ask what's happening will find it once again has that pesky magic that bounces you away if you try to enter. It seems that, if you want answers, you'll have to find them on your own.

Come one, come all! It's time to begin the first performance of your stay in the Cirque de l'Ardeur!

[...mmn, yeah that sounds exactly like the sort of thing he'd notice missing first. He doesn't like that.]

[Are there any signs of the gaudy fashion here or was that taken with the mannequin too?]

[ No, the clothes all look to be accounted for and there aren't any obvious missing sections of rainbow tutu's or anything like that. ]

[Well thank god for that.

Alright, missing mannequin-- check.

Is there anything else that should definitely be there that isn't anymore?]

[wringmaster]

[ Everything looks to be in it's right spot in the clothes section of the wardrobe tent. The other sections of the tent are the accessories and make-up areas. ]

[idoll]

[Nazuna will check over the accessories section first.]

[wringmaster]

[ In this section we have hats, shoes, misc accessories like scarves, gloves, belts, etc. How closely is he looking here? ]

[idoll]

[Since he didn't get a good look at the scenes, he isn't sure what he's looking for-- so he's inclined to go through every kind of item in case there might be a clue. Attention to detail is important after all.]

[wringmaster]

[ Nazuna is dedicated. It'll probably take him a while to investigate things like this, but once he gets to the shoes he'll notice one pair looks. Slightly used? It's not obvious, but if you stare at tens of pairs of shoes you'd probably notice that one of them doesn't look entirely brand new like the rest. ]

[idoll]

[Nazuna blinks. He picks up that pair of shoes by the laces and turns them over. The best way to speculate if they were used is the check the bottoms right? So he'll give them a quick turn to see what the state of the soles are.]

[wringmaster]

[ The soles look clean! The shoes themselves are very cute and appropriately circus themed. ]

[idoll]

[Huh. Interesting. In that case he'll set those aside. He should probably show them to the others later.

With those set aside, he'll finish up looking through the accessories and if there's nothing else odd there, move on to make-up.]

[ +1 adorable pair of shoes get!

The rest of the accessories look stock-new. Moving onto the make-up, nothing sticks out as odd to Nazuna. ]

[Bless. The inventory addition he deserves.

Satisfied that the make-up department looks satisfactory, he'll take one last look around and if he's satisfied there's nothing else that stands out as odd, he'll take his cute shoes and go.]
